Remedy 1:

Ingredients:

  • Lemon Juice
  • Honey

Preparation Method:

Take 1 tablespoon of lemon juice & 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix it well. Apply this mixture on affected area and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off with water.

Remedy 2:

Ingredients:

  • Vinegar
  • Yoghurt

Preparation Method:

Take 1 tablespoon of Yogurt & 1 tablespoon of Vinegar. Mix it well. Apply this mixture on your knee & elbows. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and wash it off with water. Repeat this remedy for 3 to 4 times in a weak.
