Ingredients:
- 4 ounces almond oil
- 20 drops cypress essential oil
- 10 drops frankincense essential oil
- 10 drops yarrow essential oil
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
How to Prepare:
Combine oils in a dark colored, glass bottle and shake thoroughly to mix. Store in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use.
To use as massage oil, apply approximately 1 teaspoon of oil to each leg with long, gentle strokes, always working from the foot up the leg in the direction of the heart.
