Coconut water is good for reducing acidity.

Orange juice mixed with roasted cumin seeds and some rock salt gives immediate relief from acidity.

Take a bowl to blend ginger and mint extract in equal proportion. Consume this 2-4 times a day to relieve from acidity.

Alternatively, mix ginger essence with equal amount of honey. Take this in less quantity and placed it on the tongue. Two teaspoonful of amla powder [Indian gooseberry] taken once a day is also helpful.

Add two tablespoonful of Isabgol [psyllium seed husks] in milk and drink it after every meal. This is highly effective towards eliminating acidity.

Eating black currents after meals or any moment during the day gives instant relief from acidity.
